The Sea-Lect Designs Quarter Turn Deck Plate w/ Internal Collar is molded with a collar on the bottom to hold deck plate bags or other round containers. When installing, use silicone sealant on hull or deck surface. Lubricate with Teflon grease, Vaseline or 303 aerospace protectant and clean with hot, soapy water. Avoid contact with acetone or strong solvents.
